1. Original papers should be submitted to the new OJS system home page of the journal:
in accordance with the Instructions. The Editorial Board of the Journal encourages researchers to submit manuscripts that are processed in a quick manner via our OJS system. The papers are published online first with a DOI number. The journal is published in English; all papers are peer-reviewed.
2. There are no fees or charges that are required for manuscript processing and/or publishing materials in the journal.
3. All papers are subjected to two independent peer-reviews. Peer-review is defined as obtaining advice on individual manuscripts from reviewers, expert in the field.
- Judgments should be objective.
- Reviewers should have no conflict of interest.
- Reviewers should point out relevant published work which is not yet cited.
- Reviewed articles should be treated confidentially.
- Authors are obliged to participate in peer review process.
- All authors are obliged to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes in accordance to both reviews.
- After the peer-reviews there is an English native speaker’s proofreading in which authors are obliged to participate as well.
4. Publication ethics
- Publisher and the Editorial Board take reasonable steps to identify and prevent the publication of papers where research misconduct has occurred.
- In no case shall a journal or its editors encourage such misconduct, or knowingly allow such misconduct to take place.
- In the event that a journal’s publisher or editors are made aware of any allegation of research misconduct the publisher or editor shall deal with allegations appropriately.
- Publisher and the Editorial Board is always willing to publish corrections, clarifications, retractions and apologies when needed.
